ALL classes are offered as hybrid online/in person classes.
When you purchase a class online, there is an automatic Zoom link included in your confirmation email- you can use it to attend the online version of the class OR you can attend in person.

There is no need to sign up prior to attending an in person class- walk ins are always welcome!

Monday | 5:45pm

Hot & Strong

Hot & Strong is a challenging practice that takes place in a 90 degree room.

This class is designed to create strength and mobility. 
Expect a mixture of yoga asana, primal movement, mobility work, breath work and stretching. 

Hot & Strong is great for people looking for something a bit different than a traditional yoga class, but with the same emphasis on dropping in and connecting to the innate wisdom of the body.

Tuesday | 9am

Yin

Yin is a relaxing practice designed to help the practitioner tap in to the innate wisdom of the body.

In this class we move very   s l o w l y  and learn to have nourishing, healing conversations with ourselves. 

Expect long held, consciously instructed poses designed to help restore your connective tissue. There are optional hands on assists in certain poses to help foster a deeper relaxation. To help support you during this class, breathing cues, questions and insights are shared along the way.

This class is wonderful for those with tight muscles or those who need to slow down. This class is also recommended for those recovering from injury. All levels of physicality are accommodated. 

Wednesday | 5:45pm

Warm & Slow 

Warm & Slow is a full body guided meditation that takes place in an 80 degree room. 

During this class, you will be guided into a gentle conversation with the incredible anatomy & physiology of your body.

Optional movement, self care techniques, and breathwork is offered.

This class is great for those who are looking to connect to the body, who are new to embodiment, or who need a restorative movement class. 

Saturday |10:15am

$7 Community Gentle 

This is a community taught class.

The style will vary slightly from week to week, but the main theme will be the same: to leave you feeling nourished, restored and connected to your body. These slower paced classes are beginner friendly, designed for all bodies & experience levels.

Guest teachers provide unique perspectives, fresh class styles and an opportunity for growth outside of our regular routines. 

To create accessibility, this class has a $7 drop in rate for all non-members. 
This class is free for all members of Kuzushi Club Pensacola, and is a great way to get in some weekly recovery time.
